Haarlem, Vincent Loosjes, 1825, 8vo., original blue paper publisher's binding, 14+312+6+99 pp. Including ‘Toevoegsels tot het werk (…)’. Haarlem, Vincent Loosjes, 1828. The paper covering the spine is damaged in places, the front and back cover are loosse, some signatures are loosse too. This publisher's binding was never meant as a permanent binding. The buyer would have the book rebound to their own taste, but in this case the book was never rebound. The signatures are uncut and -a apart from some waterstains – in excellent condition. A bookbinder would be able to rebind the book and make this a lovely copy. On the inside of the front cover there is an ex libris of Mr. Epko H. Nuver (Vry onverveert), there is an engraved frontispice (D. Veelbraard sculps.), an engraving on the titlepage (J.C. Schotel del., J.C. Bendorp sculps.).
