Wichers, Land-Drost van Groningen, concerning the French forces in the Netherlands after the abdication by the brother of Napoleon Bonaparte, King Lodewijk/Louis asking the population to treat the imperial French forces with respect, from 1810-1813 the Netherlands were under direct French control, mint conditon.
