Haarlem, Johannes Enschede en Zoonen, 1813, 2 pages, original paper from 1813, very good state considering the age. First newspaper published in Haarlem in the new ‘kingdom’ since the prince of Orange, who would become King William I, arrived a few days earlier in the country. This newspaper reports that measures are taken to ensure safe passage from the French governement to the new government. This newspaper dates from the days of the birth of the kingdom of the Netherlands.
