Sicco Tjaden (1693-1726) was a Dutch Reformed pastor. His autobiographical writings were translated from Latin and published after his death by Johannes Hofstede who also read his eulogy. Many editions were printed. In 1992 the latest edition was published by F.A. van Lieburg entitled ‘Het verborgen leven voor de Heere van Sicco Tjaden (1693-1726) predikant te Nieuwe Pekela’.
