Antwerpen, Joannes van Soest, 1739, 8vo., full leather binding with goldtooling on spine, 349 pp., the binding is worn along the edges, the endpapers are stained and damaged and have come loose from the inside of the coverboards (this gives a lovely insight in the construction of the book though), the bookblock is solid with hardly any stains, with a decorative floral vignette on the titlepage and some woodcut endpieces.
