Manuscript, 1650-1740 (there is mention of the year 1788, but that seems to be an error, as it referrs to an earlier resolution and all other entries are dated to 1740 at the latest), Overijssel, large book with signatures of four folded leaves each, half red leather binding with marbled paper on front and back, 536 pp., solid bookblock, but the binding is worn especially the marbled paper. New endpapers added. It concerns a handwritten overview of resolutions made by the regional administration of Overijssel (gewestelijk bestuur). Clear and legible handwriting, Dutch. Inserted between the pages is a handwritten copy of a testament (first part is missing) dated to 16 July 1765, signed by R. Jordens, E.H. Putman and J.W. Cramer. J.W. Cramer Putman was a previous owner of this book according to an ownership note on the inside of the front cover: ‘Behoord aan J.W. Putman Cramer’. Later (2010) the book belonged to Jelle Kaspersma and Alie Vinke.
