Original linen ilustrated binding, usual wear and tear, no DJ. Foreword by the RT. Hon. S.M. Bruce (prime minister of Australia) written by Sir Alan John Cobham, KBE, AFC (6 May 1894 – 21 October 1973) who was an English aviation pioneer. Previously owned by Adrian Bishop (collectors stamp on endpapers) and Geoffrey Chetwynd Stapylton (1892-?) armorial bookplate on final endpaper.
