Beschrijving
A small village built on the side of a hill, with a fortification on top of the hill, overlooking a river. Several figures on the path, and a man rowing on the river.
Etching on hand laid paper with watermark, sheet size 205 x 159 mm., platemark 197 x 149 mm., by Jan van Almeloveen (1656-1684) as part of a series of six unnumbered landscapes.
In very good condition, attached to carrier sheet.
