Rotterdam, Kerkeraad, 1925, 46pp. with illustrations of original paper softcover binding (front loose from binding), contributions by S.H. N. Gorter and E. Wiersum, the original church was located at St. Laurensstraat 59 in Rotterdam but was destroyed during the bombardment of 1940.
