Etching on laid paper, sheet size 320 x 230 mm., platemark 198 x 149 mm. Signed and dated ('93) in the plate. Made by Hendrik Johannes Haverman in 1893.
Hendrik Johannes Haverman (Amsterdam 1857 – 1928 The Hague) was a Dutch painter, sculptor and graphic artist, as well as art critic. He was a student in Amsterdam, and later in Antwerp and Brussels. There he was awarded the Leopoldsorde.
In gooed condition, some minor imperfections in the sheet edges. The image nice and crisp.
