Good set of this important thesis on the Dutch constitution. Johannes Theodoor Buys or Buijs (Amsterdam, 26 January 1828 – Leiden, 14 May 1893) was a Dutch advocaat (lawyer), professor and advisor. He was the founder of the Debating Society in Leiden. Scarce.
