Munchen, Hirmer, 1994, Cloth binding with dustjacket, 301pp. many illustrations, donated by the author with a handwritten dedication on the free endpaper to Henk (Hendrik Willem) van Os (28 February 1938 – 14 June 2025) who was a Dutch art historian. He served as professor of Art and Cultural History, director of the Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam, and presenter of television programs on art.
