Francisco de Andrade Leitão (Condeixa, 1585 – Lisbon, March 17, 1655) was a jurist, professor of law at the University of Coimbra, and diplomat in the service of King John IV of Portugal. He was one of the conspirators of the Revolution of December 1, 1640, and was later appointed by King John IV of Portugal as ambassador to London and The Hague, and as plenipotentiary at the Congress of Münster.
