Four putti around a cartouche; on he left one is counting some coins and writing on a piece of paper while anothe is overlooking him. On he oher side a putto is writing on the cartouche and the other is playing a lute. Before lettering, signed above left: ‘C. Schut inuen: / cum priuilegio’
