Plate with allegorical representation of the inauguration of the new theater of Amsterdam the 15th September 1774. The personification of Amsterdam holds a new beehive, in the foreground books with theatrical plays and towards the right two putti are holding a sheet with the representation of the new theater. In the background Apollo and the muses.
