View of a small town surrounded by trees and meadows

Pen and black ink and wash in grey on 18th century paper, 188 x 227 mm. Within double coloured border. Signed in pen lower right: ‘Snynfen Jervis del: July 1787’. Very minor wear to upper left corner and three small hardly noticeable spots, backed with thin paper and (parts of) small prints of birds and a cow, otherwise in very good condition.
