Etching on wove paper, made by Peter van Bemmel (1685-1753). Sheet size 205 x 153 mm., platemark 190 x 139 mm. From a series of six similar landscapes, published in 1716.
Peter van Bemmel (Nürnberg 1685-1753 Regensburg) was a German landscape painter and etcher. He was the son of Utrecht-born landscape painter Willem Gerritsz. van Bemmel.
In good condition, a small nick in the right margin edge, lower left margin lightly soiled. The collection mark of Pim van Eekelen (Lugt 5101) stamped on the verso.
