Collection of documents relating to Th. P. Tromp, who lived in Eindoven and was the owner of the sailing ship De Witte Raaf.
1. article concerning the honorary doctorate of Mr Tromp at Eindhoven University 1967/68 (extract);
2. printed letter concerning the siling programme of De Witte Raaf Adressed to P. van Doorne 1961;
3. typewritten and signed original letter adreessed to P. van Doorne concerning his apprenticeship in order to becoma an able seaman on board of De Witte Raaf January 1961;
4. christmas card signed by Tromp and his wife Mrs Tromp-Doorman 1970, with an original photograph of Witte Raaf on front. De Witte Raaf took part in many sailing events such as the fastnet race under the captainship of Tromp. Tromp was director of Philips in Einhoven.
