United Kingdom, London, d.d. 5-1-1853. Two vellum sheets, 46×61 and 51×75 cm. Manuscript text wih printed decorative margins. Large seal, 16 cm. diam., depicting a throned Queen Victoria. The seal is connected to the charter by a rope. The seal is in good condition, the charter has slight damage on the folds. H111.
